There’s always room for improvement when it comes to your health, no matter how good it seems to be.
Even though most people assume that this takes work (and is difficult!), the truth is that it only requires minor adjustments.

While everyone knows that exercise is good for health, all you need to do is walk. A recent study found out that walking is just as good as vigorous exercise when it comes to preventing diabetes, cholesterol, coronary heart disease and hypertension.
#2: Take a Nap as Often as Possible
In Latin America, people usually take a nap after lunch and which is now known as a ‘siesta’. According to a Greek study, people who slept systematically had a 37% lesser risk of dying from cardiac-related deaths compared to those who didn’t.
The reason for this is because sleeping lowers cortisol and blood pressure – the former which regulates stress.
#3: Consume plant-based foods
Research has shown that eating plant-based foods can help one prevent a number of diseases. That doesn’t mean you have to completely stop eating meat but you have to just increase the amount of fruits and veggies you eat everyday.
#4: Take supplements
It’s interesting to note that even the food that you eat falls short of nutritional standards. This is where taking supplements can help greatly. All you have to do, in this case, is to take a multivitamin and a few antioxidants namely quercetin, PQQ, CoQ10 and resveratrol.
