4 Ways By Which You Can Turn Back Time

Turning back the clock as you grow older is not such a difficult issue to handle. Usually, and as experts such as the Pressler couple have found, it involves making small changes to your diet.

This is contrary to the big things that most people end up doing such as going to a gym and cutting down on certain food groups and so on and so forth.

Keeping this in mind, here are 4 ways by which one can turn back time:

#1: Balance Your diet

Add one more serving of fruit, vegetables or whole grains to your diet everyday. It’s a good idea to add gently cooked foods to your diet. Also, if you eat something ‘bad’, then balance it by eating something really good as well.

#2: Exercise in short bursts

All you have to do is exercise for 15 to 20 minutes at least twice or thrice a week and this will have a huge impact on the aging process. While a little exercise can go a long way in removing the effects of aging, getting no exercise at all will only result in you not aging well.

#3: Meet people and socialize

Staying in front of the television or computer is something that you should avoid at all costs. Try to expand your network as much as possible while keeping in touch with people as this will require a lot more brain power than you can imagine.

#4: Dental and skin care

It’s advised that you brush your teeth twice a day for at least one minute while not forgetting to floss your teeth either. Also, don’t forget to use a moisturizer that contains sunscreen.
